OEM & Bulk Customisation

For overseas brands and OEM buyers: discuss product specifications, samples, branding, packaging and bulk-order requirements.

Start with your brand brief.

Share your target market, product references, technical specifications and planned quantities. Include your brand requirements for colours, sizing, labels, trims and packaging. Confirm the available customisation options for the selected model.

Discuss samples and quantities.

Confirm whether samples are available, how revisions will be reviewed and the quantities required by style, size or colour. Sampling and production schedules require individual confirmation.

Define inspection and packing.

Provide acceptance criteria, labelling, packaging and any test requirements. Ask which documents will accompany the order and how discrepancies will be addressed.

Confirm the production arrangement.

Request the details relevant to your supplier review. Facility ownership, production location, capacity and certifications should be confirmed for the actual supplier and product rather than inferred from a catalogue.

BEFORE YOU REQUEST A QUOTE

Supplying the military or police?

Tell us before submitting your enquiry if the goods will be supplied directly or indirectly to military or police end users.

Our enquiry policy requires an official End-User and End-Use Certificate from the relevant military or police end user, or its competent government authority, for export-control review and any required Chinese export-licence application.

If you cannot provide these documents, please do not submit a military or police supply enquiry. We will not process it.
